3. Appointment requests

An appointment submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. It is confirmed only when our appointment desk contacts you and issues a slot. Doctors' schedules change at short notice because of surgery and emergencies, and we cannot guarantee a specific consultant or time.

Do not use website forms for anything urgent. Forms are checked during working hours only.

4. Fees, estimates and tariffs

Prices shown for health check-up packages, room categories and consultations are indicative and subject to change without notice. The applicable tariff is the one in force on the date of service. A written estimate given before a planned procedure is an estimate — the final bill depends on the actual clinical course, and we will inform you before incurring significant additional cost.

5. Doctor profiles and credentials

Consultant qualifications, experience and areas of interest are published in good faith based on information provided by the individual doctor. OPD schedules are subject to change. Numbers such as procedures performed and patient reviews are internal figures maintained by the hospital.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in any form you submit
• Do not submit another person's details without their knowledge and consent
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this site or its systems
• Do not use automated tools to scrape, overload or disrupt the site
• Do not impersonate CM Hospital or any of our staff
