24x7 Emergency & Trauma Centre
A dedicated trauma and emergency floor staffed round the clock, with resuscitation bays, an emergency drug trolley and direct access to the operation theatres.
Everything a critically ill patient might need, on one campus and usually on the same floor.
A hospital is only as good as what it can do at 3 AM on a Sunday. This is what we have on site, staffed and running.

A dedicated trauma and emergency floor staffed round the clock, with resuscitation bays, an emergency drug trolley and direct access to the operation theatres.

ICU and HDU beds with ventilators, multi-para monitoring, infusion pumps and trained critical-care nursing on every shift.

General wards, twin-sharing and private rooms across the floors, all with electric beds, piped oxygen, nurse call and attendant space.

A staffed nursing station on each ward floor so that a call bell is answered in seconds, not minutes, at any hour of the night.

Labour room, maternity beds and a dedicated obstetric theatre, with 24x7 obstetric and paediatric cover for normal and caesarean deliveries.

Wide, well-lit corridors sized for stretcher movement, with clearly signposted departments and rooms on every floor.
Laminar-flow theatres with modern anaesthesia workstations, cautery and laparoscopic towers, plus a theatre kept free for emergencies.
In-house pathology, biochemistry and microbiology running 24x7, with routine reports available the same day.
Digital X-ray, ultrasound and colour Doppler on site, with CT and MRI arranged through partnered centres and reported by our radiologists.
Maintenance haemodialysis with RO-treated water and separate bays for hepatitis-positive patients, including evening shifts for working patients.
Licensed blood storage with 24x7 cross-matching and rapid arrangement of units through our donor network in an emergency.
In-house pharmacy open all night, stocking emergency drugs, antibiotics, insulin and cold-chain items so families never hunt for medicines at 3 AM.
Basic and advanced life support ambulances on call round the clock, with oxygen, suction and a trained attendant on board.
Bedside and outpatient physiotherapy for post-operative, orthopaedic, neurological and chest conditions.
Attendant seating, drinking water, canteen access and overnight space with private and deluxe rooms.
Parking on Bailey Road with a covered drop-off, ramp access at the entrance and a lift reaching every ward floor.
Clinical care is identical in every category. What changes is privacy, space and attendant comfort.

Waiting three days for a scan slot is not just inconvenient — in oncology or trauma it changes outcomes. Our imaging and laboratory services run extended hours, and inpatient reports are turned around within four hours for routine tests.
Fourteen GPS-tracked ambulances, six of them advanced life support units with ventilators, defibrillators, infusion pumps and a trained paramedic on board. We also retrieve critically ill patients from other hospitals.
