Appointments 4 questions

You can book online through this website, call our appointment helpline, message us on WhatsApp, or walk in to the OPD registration counter. Online and phone bookings are confirmed by SMS within a few minutes during working hours.

Yes. Every consultant's OPD days and timings are listed on their profile page, and you can select them directly while booking. If your preferred doctor is unavailable, our coordinator will suggest the next available slot or a colleague in the same speciality.

A photo ID, your insurance or scheme card if applicable, all previous prescriptions and reports, current medicine strips or a written list, and details of any allergies. Bringing old films and CDs of scans genuinely helps.

Yes. Bring your reports and scans to an OPD consultation and our specialist will go through them with you and give a written opinion. Choose "Second Opinion" when booking so enough time is set aside.

Billing & Insurance 4 questions

We have cashless tie-ups with more than 20 insurers and TPAs, along with Ayushman Bharat, CGHS, ECHS and ESIC. The full list is on our Insurance page, and our desk will verify your specific policy before admission.

Submit your policy card and ID at the insurance desk. We send a pre-authorisation request to your insurer, which is usually approved within a few hours for planned admissions and on an emergency basis for urgent ones. You pay only non-covered items and any co-payment.

Yes. For every planned procedure we provide a written package estimate covering surgeon fees, theatre charges, implants, room category and expected stay, along with a clear list of what is excluded.

Cash, all major debit and credit cards, UPI, net banking and NEFT. Interest-free EMI options are available on select procedures through partner banks.

Admission & Stay 4 questions

General wards and private rooms: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. ICU visiting is restricted to two attendants during designated slots, with a daily doctor briefing for families.

Yes. One attendant may stay overnight in private and deluxe rooms, where a recliner or sofa-bed is provided. Ward accommodation depends on availability and infection-control requirements.

Patient meals are planned by our clinical dietitians and included in the room package. Attendant meals can be added for a nominal daily charge, and our cafeteria is open from 7 AM to 10 PM.

Submit a request at the medical records department with your ID and discharge details. Copies are issued within 48 working hours; discharge summaries and lab reports are also available instantly on our patient portal.

No. Life-saving treatment begins immediately on arrival. Registration and billing are handled with your attendant in parallel, and our staff will help with insurance or scheme paperwork.

Within Patna city limits our average response time is 12–18 minutes depending on traffic and location. All 14 ambulances are GPS-tracked, and 6 are advanced life support units with a paramedic on board.

Yes. Our retrieval team can collect critically ill patients from other facilities with ventilator, infusion pump and monitoring support during transit. Call the emergency line to arrange it.

Yes, our in-house pharmacy operates 24x7 and stocks over 12,000 formulations including narcotics, biologics and cold-chain vaccines.
