Our MD & Directors
The people accountable for how this hospital runs — and what they have committed to in writing.
The people accountable for this hospital
The board sets what the hospital invests in, what it charges and what it refuses to compromise on. Every commitment on this page is theirs to answer for.

Four things we will not compromise on
Treatment before paperwork
In an emergency, care starts immediately. Registration and billing are handled with your attendant while treatment is already underway.
A written estimate first
Before any planned procedure you get a written estimate covering surgeon fees, theatre, implants, room and expected stay — with exclusions listed.
An honest explanation
You will be told what is wrong, what the options are and what each one is likely to achieve, in language you can actually follow.
Dignity for every patient
Same clinical care regardless of room category, religion, caste or ability to pay. Privacy during examination is not negotiable.
The desk to ask for, by subject
If something is not right, this is who owns it. Ask for the post, not a name — whoever holds it that day is accountable.
Managing Director
Leads the hospital day to day and still takes a round of the emergency floor most evenings. Sets the rule that treatment always starts before paperwork.
Medical Superintendent
Responsible for clinical protocols, duty rosters and the quality of care across every department and every shift.
Chief Nursing Officer
Leads the nursing team across the wards, ICU and theatres, and runs the in-service training and infection-control programme.
Hospital Administrator
Handles admissions, billing transparency, insurance empanelment and the patient-relations desk on the ground floor.
