Mission, Vision & Values

स्वास्थ्य आपका, संकल्प हमारा — Your health, our commitment.

Our Mission

To give the people of Patna and the districts around it a hospital they can reach in minutes and afford without selling something — where emergency care never waits for payment, where the cost is written down before treatment begins, and where the diagnosis is explained honestly to the family.

We measure this in door-to-treatment minutes, in complication rates, and in how many families send their own relatives back to us.

Our Vision

To be the trauma and multi-speciality centre that Bihar turns to first — not because of the size of the building, but because of what happens inside it at three in the morning.

Over the coming years we aim to add critical-care beds, expand our surgical and maternity services, and keep every speciality a patient needs on one campus, so that nobody has to travel to another state for care that could be given here.

Our Values

Six things we hold the whole team to

Life first, formalities later

No patient in an emergency is asked for money, an ID or a deposit before treatment starts. Nothing about this is negotiable.

Tell the truth

Patients are told their real diagnosis, their real options and their real prognosis — including when the news is hard to give.

No unnecessary investigation

Every test must change what we do next. If it does not, it is not ordered. Written estimates, itemised bills, no charges added at discharge.

Dignity for everyone

The same clinical care and the same respect regardless of room category, religion, caste, gender or ability to pay.

The family is part of the care

Attendants get a daily briefing, a named person to ask, and a clear explanation of what to watch for after discharge.

Safety is a system, not a slogan

Infection control, medication checks, consent and equipment calibration are audited, documented and acted on — not assumed.

In Practice

What these words look like on a working day.

Values are easy to print and hard to keep. These are the specific, checkable things we do because of them.

  • Every arriving emergency patient is triaged by a nurse before any registration counter is involved
  • A written estimate is handed over — not quoted verbally — before any planned admission
  • The treating doctor briefs the family once a day for every ICU patient, at a fixed time
  • Discharge counselling covers medicines, warning signs and the follow-up date before you leave
  • Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and answered in writing within seven working days
  • Unused medicines are taken back and credited on the final bill
