Appointment requests
A request sent through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. The appointment desk will call you to agree a time. Until they do, nothing is reserved. For anything urgent, telephone rather than using the form.
Accuracy
We keep the timings, numbers, prices and consultant list on this site up to date, and the hospital edits them itself. Even so, a package price or a clinic day can change between your reading it and your arriving. Please confirm anything you are relying on by telephone.
Content you send us
When you send us feedback, an enquiry or an application, you confirm that what you have written is your own and is true as far as you know. Do not send other people's medical information through these forms.
Links to other sites
Where we link to an insurer, a government scheme or another organisation, that site is theirs and not ours. We are not responsible for what it contains or what it does with your data.
