24x7 Emergency & Ambulance

Emergency physicians in the building at every hour — not on call from home.

In an emergency, call before you leave the house. Ring +91 90316 83522 and we will have the team, the bay and the blood arrangement waiting. Do not drive yourself if you are the patient.
What happens on arrival

The first ten minutes

A patient brought to our emergency department is seen by an emergency physician immediately, not registered first. Triage decides the order of treatment, so the sickest patient is attended to before the one who arrived earlier.

Our emergency protocol

1

Triage on arrival

An emergency physician assesses breathing, circulation and consciousness within moments of arrival.

2

Resuscitation bay

Airway, oxygen, intravenous access and monitoring, with the crash trolley and defibrillator at the bedside.

3

Diagnostics in minutes

ECG, X-ray and blood work are done on the same floor, so nothing waits on a transfer.

4

Theatre or ICU

If surgery or intensive care is needed, both are in the same building — not a drive away.

Ambulance

Our ambulances carry oxygen, suction, a monitor and a trained attendant. Call +91 90316 83522 and give the exact location and a landmark — in Patna a landmark reaches the driver faster than an address.

When to come straight in

  • Chest pain or pressure lasting more than a few minutes
  • Sudden weakness of the face, arm or leg on one side
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Uncontrolled bleeding
  • A road accident or a fall from height
  • Seizure, or a first-time fit
  • Burns
  • Poisoning or overdose
  • Sudden severe abdominal pain
  • High fever with confusion in an elderly patient
Nobody is asked for money before care starts. Emergency treatment begins on arrival. Registration, estimates and insurance paperwork are dealt with once the patient is stable.
