Frequently Asked Questions
Appointments, admission, billing, insurance and visiting — answered plainly.
Appointments
You can book online through this website, call our appointment helpline, message us on WhatsApp, or walk in to the OPD registration counter. Online and phone bookings are confirmed by SMS within a few minutes during working hours.
Yes — choose the consultant when you book. Where a doctor's OPD days and timings have been published they are shown on the doctor's profile page; if they are not, the appointment desk will tell you when your doctor is sitting. If your preferred doctor is unavailable, our coordinator will suggest the next available slot or a colleague in the same speciality.
A photo ID, your insurance or scheme card if applicable, all previous prescriptions and reports, current medicine strips or a written list, and details of any allergies. Bringing old films and CDs of scans genuinely helps.
Yes. Bring your reports and scans to an OPD consultation and our specialist will go through them with you and give a written opinion. Choose "Second Opinion" when booking so enough time is set aside.
Billing & Insurance
We have cashless tie-ups with more than 20 insurers and TPAs, along with Ayushman Bharat, CGHS, ECHS and ESIC. The full list is on our Insurance page, and our desk will verify your specific policy before admission.
Submit your policy card and ID at the insurance desk. We send a pre-authorisation request to your insurer, which is usually approved within a few hours for planned admissions and on an emergency basis for urgent ones. You pay only non-covered items and any co-payment.
