Dr. Nematullah
Director
The people who own and govern the hospital.
“A hospital is judged at 2 AM, not at 2 PM. Life-saving treatment begins the moment you arrive — the paperwork follows.”
Dr. Nazir Millat founded CM Hospital and leads it as Managing Director and Medical Superintendent — answerable both for how the hospital is run and for the standard of care on every ward and every shift.
Anyone can look organised during morning OPD hours. The real test of a hospital is what happens when a family arrives at two in the morning with a road accident, a chest pain or a labour emergency: whether a doctor is physically present, whether the theatre can be opened, and whether anyone asks for money before treatment starts.
That is the standard CM Hospital was built around. Life-saving treatment begins the moment a patient arrives, and the paperwork follows. The estimate is written down before a planned procedure, and a family is told the truth even when the news is difficult.
The board sets policy and holds the executive to it. Clinical decisions stay with the treating consultant.
